From a young age, I found joy in unraveling complexities. At just nine years old, I would patiently untangle my mother’s gold chains, meticulously working through each knot until every strand hung perfectly straight. This early fascination with solving intricate problems has shaped my career, guiding me to help leaders untangle the challenges that hinder their professional and personal growth.

Today, as a career coach, strategic advisor, and content developer I specialize in empowering senior executives and C-level leaders to overcome obstacles and achieve their highest potential. My work spans industries, from construction and marketing to healthcare and education, where I help clients navigate career transitions, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive organizational success.

My journey began as a self-made entrepreneur, rising to the role of Senior Account Executive at the largest newspaper chain in Brooklyn. There, I honed my skills in revenue growth, territory expansion, and client relationship management. Along the way, I discovered the profound connection between emotional intelligence, motivation, and goal achievement. By integrating these insights with my professional development efforts, I consistently ranked among the company’s top performers.

This experience led me to transition into workforce development within a non-profit organization, where I applied my expertise in strategic planning and marketing to help clients craft compelling resumes and secure interviews aligned with their strengths. Recognizing the parallels between business growth strategies and career management, I began coaching professionals to unlock their potential and achieve breakthrough results.

In the aftermath of 9/11, I took a bold step and launched my own coaching practice. Since then, I have guided individuals across the United States, Latin America, and Europe to C-level positions, leveraging my unique blend of strategic insight and motivational expertise. To date, I have crafted over 1,000 resumes and continue to support many of my earliest clients as they reach new heights in their careers.
